Knowledge acquired by learning and instruction. We truly believe in the saying "A mind is a terrible thing to waste." That is why we offer free tutoring to students and operate programs to help them attain a high school diploma or GED.

Knowledge is the cornerstone of individual and community success. Attaining knowledge is essential to getting and keeping a job with a livable wage, health benefits and fundamental to a community’s economic prosperity: a knowledgeable workforce attracts world-class jobs.
The community and family issues that stem from the economic and financial pressures facing individuals and their families are growing increasingly complex and more difficult to address. Wages have not kept pace with the rising cost of housing, healthcare, and education. Skill levels have not kept in line with changing industry needs. As a result, more than 12 % of the US population has an income below the federal poverty level, in spite of the fact that many are employed, some with 2 or 3 jobs.
His Mission Not Mine Ministries was created to offer ways to strengthen communities by identifying and attacking the underlying causes of the financial, emotional, and familial hardships facing today’s families. HMNM is designed to bring together cross-sector partnerships to help lower-income individuals achieve financial, emotional, and social independence by empowering them with the tools and skills necessary to maximize their income, build savings and gain assets.

Dallas, TEXAS — Caledonian Management Group and HIS Mission Not Mine Ministries (HMNM) announced today the official launch of HMNM as a new participant in Caledonian's Referral Programme. HMNM will now begin helping the community and itself by working with Caledonian to improve business and job growth while receiving donations back from Caledonian for each new business client.

The Shop Healthy and Refer Group has agreed to support HMNM's cause by donating a percentage of it's product sales to support the mission.
